Viúva Gomes Pirata White

Viuva Gomes / Pirata da Viuva Malvasia Branco is spontaneously fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel to ensure that nothing is present except the character of the fruit. Nothing is added except a minimum of sulfur.

The palate is very drinkable – quaffable and glou-glou. It is a straw-colored wine, with aromas of fresh tropical fruit and herbaceous notes. Full of acidity, this wine has a precise finish, balancing the fruit with minerality.
