A wine made of Viosinho grapes grown in the vineyards of the Instituto Superior de Agronomia, University of Lisbon at Tapada da Ajuda, a neighborhood in the hills just above the winery. Manual harvest. Spontaneous fermentation, pre-fermentative cold maceration for 3 days. Dense organic fruit aromas of lime, green apple and kiwi, great acidity, a wine that accompanies delicious light meals, salads, sweet meats, fish, pasta dishes. Also an excellent aperitif wine.
