TASTING NOTES

Citrus color.

Lush, fresh and elegant. Notes of white and yellow fruit with apricot in the background, nuance of soft toast. Well-structured and broad on the palate, firm acidity, slightly salty, creamy finish with persistent dryness.

Excellent as an aperitif, with seafood, limpets, grilled or marinated fish.
