Sparkling Vinha Formal

To show the terroir from Bairrada, this wine is made from a single vineyard called Vinha Formal. This vineyard located in Óis do Bairro, on a small slope towards East, is in the heart of Bairrada white region mapped in 1866 by António Augusto Aguiar, in the Agriculture Kingdom Report. We produce sparkling from the 1st picking made in the middle to the end of August, when we get a good acidity perfect for sparkling. This will also improves the ripeness for the remaining grapes that are picked 2 weeks more for the production of the white wine
