Sorvo Red

Our 2023 Castelão is a fresh, fruit-forward red made with minimal intervention. The grapes underwent spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and remained on the skins for three months, developing gentle structure without losing vibrancy.

No oak was used, allowing the purity of the fruit to take center stage. This lighter-bodied red brims with juicy red berry aromas and a soft, easygoing texture—perfect for relaxed occasions or even slightly chilled for a refreshing twist.
