Gold with green highlights.

Fresh aroma with notes of flinty, green tobacco leaf, lemon peel, pistachio and lots of nuts. Mineral and almost salty on the mouth. Lively and thrilling citric acidity embracing the entire palate, leaving a beautiful freshness in a long, pure and tangy finish.

Excellent as an aperitif. With Oysters, Octopus Salad, Parmesan cheese, with sautéed mushrooms with garlic and olives.

SERVING & CELLARAGE

Service temperature recommended between 11/12ºC. It will last and maintain in good condition several months once opened.
