Winemaking | Direct and gentle pressing of the grapes, followed by static clarification for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 8 days at a controlled temperature between 12 and 14 °C. Tasting notes | Light pink color, fruity and floral aromas, very elegant and balanced on the palate. Consumption suggestions | Ideal to accompany light and fresh starters, cold salads, seafood, and fish dishes. Drink now or store for up to 3 years. Serving temperature between 8 °C and 10 °C.
