Winemaking | From the Verdelho plot, we harvested the best grapes on the night of August 13, when the temperature is cooler. They were gently pressed, followed by static clarification of the must. Fermentation was done with indigenous yeasts and aged on fine lees for 8 months. This wine was bottled on April 23 without being stabilized or filtered, and no sulfites or other oenological products were added. Tasting Notes | Pale greenish-yellow and bright in color. Elegant and very clean aroma highlighting fruits such as pear, melon, or peach. On the palate, it is pleasantly silky, revealing great acidity, finishing dry with a vegetal touch. Consumption Suggestions | Ideal to accompany shellfish, fish dishes, and sushi. For immediate consumption. Serve at a temperature between 8°C and 10°C.
