Santa Vitória Espumante

Winemaking | Base wine made from manually harvested Baga grapes, where the first alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at low temperature. The tirage was done using the classic method, remaining in the bottle on the fermentation lees for 5 months. The disgorgement took place in December 2023. Tasting notes | Fine and persistent bubbles, aroma of tropical fruits with a slight buttery note. On the palate, it is enveloping, with remarkable acidity. Serving Suggestions | It can be served as an aperitif, accompanying a meal or dessert. Drink now or keep for up to 2 years. Serving temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
