Winemaking | Direct pressing and cold decantation. Alcoholic fermentation at 13 °C with indigenous yeasts. Aging in French oak barrels on fine lees with Batonnage for 6 months. Tasting notes | It presents itself clear with a citrine color. Aromatically, it is very expressive and genuine with notes of tropical fruits. On the palate, it is full-bodied and dry but balanced with a persistent acidity. Consumption suggestions | Ideal to accompany cold salads, seafood, and fish dishes. Drink now or keep for up to 3 years. Serving temperature between 9 and 11 °C.
