Ribeiro Santo Automático White

Hand-picked. Grapes from an old Encruzado vineyard at Quinta do Ribeiro Santo. Grapes pressed with 100% stems. Selection of grape must and decantation at low temperature. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with the wine's indigenous yeasts, followed by ageing in stainless steel tanks, and only filtered before bottling. Crystal clear colour, with notes of white fruit, citrus and some wet stone. In the mouth it is fresh and young, with vibrant acidity and an enveloping finish. Our most natural and uncomplicated wine, showcasing the simplicity of the Encruzado variety, without ageing in barrels. Goes well with all types of salads, white meats, sushi and grilled fish. Contains sulphites.
