This is a wine made exclusively from grapes of the Alfrocheiro variety, harvested by hand and produced according to the traditional method, with the second fermentation in bottle, where it aged on the lees for 48 months.

It was produced using the traditional method, with the second fermentation in the bottle, where it aged on its lees for 48 months. In the tasting, the prolonged ageing contributed to a creamy, complex and structured profile that is balanced by a lively and refined acidity. All wrapped in a very fine and persistent bubble. Aromatically we find notes of crystallisedfruit and mint together with notes of ageing such as brioche and biscuit.
