Ravasqueira Encantado Red

Vinification of the Syrah and Touriga Franca in open wine presses with automatic treading and high extraction work. Vinification of the Alicante Bouschet in stainless steel vats at lower temperatures (26ºC). The aim is to extract the structure of the Syrah, the sharp tannins of the Touriga Franca and the freshness, fruit exuberance and elegance of the Alicante Bouschet. The blend spent 8 months in new French oak barrels. Encantado shows all the vitality of Touriga Franca which serves as a great base for this wine. The tannins angular and present, the ripe fruit in balance with aromas of the forest that presents, makes it a companion for the table. The barrels are present but do not help the set to become one-dimensional, making this wine a wine of layers that will rise throughout the tasting.
