Ramisco Tinto

The hand picked fruits were sorted and totally de-stemmed on arrival at the winery. The fermentation occurred in a traditional “lagar”, during one week without added yeasts. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 2 years in French oak barrels before bottling.
