Hand-picked estate grapes. Pale juice from delicately pressed grapes bypasses foot-treading to ferment in stainless steel tanks until fortifiication with high quality neutral grape spirit before 3-4 months aging in stainless steel tanks.

Enjoyed chilled, alone or as a Porto Tonic, within 7-10 days of opening.
