Produced from Castelão, Arinto and Chardonnay, Quinta do Piloto Reserva – Extra Brut is the Quinta's first sparkling wine. Faithful to traditional principles, it is made by the classic method, fermenting in the bottle with free yeasts. After 28 months of internship, the disgorgement was carried out in May 2017. With a fine and persistent bubble, with aromas of citrus confit and toasted bread and a vibrant acidity in the mouth, it finishes creamy and elegant.
