Quinta do Paral Reserva Branco

After manual selection of bunches, the grapes were pressed after stalk-removal. The must was carefully decanted and fermented at a controlled temperature (12-16o) in French oak barrels. After fermentation it aged for 6 months on fine lees resulting from fermentation.
