Quinta do Monte Travesso Branco Reserva - Vinhas Velhas

After carefully collecting the grapes in small capacity boxes, the grapes are carefully pressed in a pneumatic press; followed by decantation for 24 hours; beginning of fermentation in stainless steel vats soon followed by passage to 500 liter barrels with controlled temperature, where the entire fermentation takes place gently; periodical batonnage and continuation of aging in barrels until the end of April.
