WINEMAKING & AGEING

50% is fermented and aged for 6 months in two or three

years-old French oak barrels, with its lees, and the other 50% is

fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks with its lees.

TASTING NOTES

A citrus-color wine that reveals notes of melon, pineapple and

manga in the nose. It is a oral and fresh wine. In the mouth, it

is unctuous with fresh fruit, a long nish and good acidity..

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS

It goes perfectly with all kinds of white meats, fatty sh cooked

in the oven with olive oil or codsh with cream.
