Quinta da Atela Reserva Tinto

VINIFICATION

The grape varieties were vinified separately, fermented in small stainless steel presses and aged

for 12 months in French Allier oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES

Ruby color, aromas of red fruits and dark chocolate, also notes of menthol and dried tobacco

leaf. Good volume in the mouth, firm tannins and lively acidity, with a long, balanced and

harmonious finish.

GASTRONOMY

Ideal to accompany fur game dishes, Alentejo-style migas or white meat in the oven.
