Winemaking Process: Wine fermented in granite wine presses. When the must reached the desired sweetness value, the fermentation was interrupted by the addition of brandy (77%); ageing in oak wood barrels for a minimum period of seven years,

in our warehouses in Vila Nova de Gaia, till bottling.

Tasting Notes: Wine with orange tones, an arome rich in dried fruit, especially raisins, and a touch of caramel. Balanced in the mouth, combining freshness with silky tannins. Elegant and long ending.
