Portal do Fidalgo 25 Years is a mono-varietal (100% Alvarinho).

The Alvarinho variety is considered the finest and noblest variety

Portuguese white, which is cultivated in the small Sub-Region of

Monção and Melgaço. This Sub-Region belongs to one of the

largest and oldest Demarcated Regions in Europe, the

Vinho Verde Region. Aging in French oak barrels for 12 months.

It should be drunk between 12-16ºC, and can be drunk young, it has great bottle aging potential.

Pairs well with fish, sushi, seafood and traditional cuisine

Portuguese.
