Pala Pinta Red

Plowed by horse. Hand-picked into 18kg boxes. Partial destemming combined with whole bunches, maceration for 40 days. Aged for 18 months in neutral French oak barrels. Light ruby-violet color, open, with notes of fresh fruit and resin aromas. Great complexity, texture, and depth on the palate.
