Neither of these wines, white or red, should be drunk at cooler temperatures. We recommend around 14 degrees for white wine and 18 for red wine, and above all, open them as far in advance as possible so that they can breathe, which is necessary to reveal their full quality and complexity. The day before is not wrong. Moscatel, on the other hand, should be served at 12 degrees.
