Ouriceira Rosé

An incredible wine for food. This is no Rosé for the timid! Juicy aromas of bright red fruit - redcurrant, cranberry and pomegranate, entwined with more herbal and vegetal notes of brambles, wild flowers, a touch of bitter thyme, and a hint of menthol and eucalyptus; this Rosé speaks of its surroundings. Flavours are mirrored on the dry palate, with a lip-smacking acidity that begs for an accompanying dish. Light-bodied but with a suggestion of tannins. All of this in most seductive shade of deep ruby. Highly refreshing.
