O Canto da Águia Sparkling Wine Brut

The name ‘'O Canto da Águia’' comes from the fact that about 20 years ago, Levy Beato, Quinta do Pingão's wine producer and bird admirer, spotted a eagle flying over one of our vineyards. He decided to leave meat every week in a certain corner of the vineyard. The eagle, being clever, kept returning to the same corner, hence the particular and distinctive name we decided to give to one of our sparkling wines.
