A bit like Champagne, this natural wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation in bottle, except without the addition of sugar.

Result is soft and creamy bubbles but with refreshing acidity. Ripe peaches and citrus fruit with toasty notes, plus a nice drawing of a kitty on the label.
