Monte da Raposinha Reserva White

The grapes were harvested by hand, gently destemmed, and pressed after careful sorting in the winery. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks and used 400L and 500L oak barrels. Aged on fine lees and bâtonnage. Elegant orange and lemon peel, white flowers, and peach aromas. The presence of barrel aging is discreet. On the palate, it is creamy, with crisp acidity and minerality, lending a long finish.
