Amber colour. Intense bouquet, sweet notes of raisins, nutmeg, caramel, quince, and ripe figs. Round and full-bodied, with a firm and well-present acidity that balances the entire palate. Spicy

honeyed flavour with a freshness that lingers into a velvety and

persistent finish. Excellent as a digestif and with tobacco pipe Pairs well with foiegras.

SERVING & CELLARAGE

Recommended service temperature between 14/16ºC. It will last and maintain in good condition several months once opened.
