TASTING NOTES

Dark Colour.

Intense bouquet with the aroma of roasted coffee beans, fruit compote, black raisins, English cake, hazelnut, and a slight earthy background.

Extremely well-balanced on the palate with a lively and powerful acidity. Sugar cane syrup, ripe black figs and sweet spice all, in a blend of very rich flavors, enveloping the entire palate in a very persistent finish.

Excellent as a digestif, with cigars or tobacco pipe.

SERVING & CELLARAGE

Recommended service temperature between 14/16ºC. It will last and maintain in good condition several months once opened.
