Manual harvesting and fermentation in used Burgundy barrels where it aged for 6 months. Citric, dry and mineral aroma. Excellent acidity and salinity due to its proximity to the Serra de São Mamede. Pairs with grilled Prawns, natural oysters and al pesto pasta.
