Maçanita Reserva White

The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in 18 kg boxes. In the winery, direct pressing, cold settling, fermented 40% in stainless steel, 60% in barrels - bâtonnage. Aged for 18 months. Citrus yellow color, fresh aroma with citrus and mineral notes. Silky on the palate with fantastic acidity, making the wine very firm.
