Irequieto Alvarinho 2017

This wine presents several layers of aromas, with flowers, citrus fruit and minerality in the foreground. Complementarily, spices, salinity, some dairy and a slight evolution are shown. On the palate, the very fresh, textured and spicy fruit, well combined with the well-marked acidity, but never aggressive, make this reference a “must” of elegance and character.

A reference with a dry profile, very mineral and textured. Maybe it's closer to what's best done on the other side of the border than on this side. To not lose.

Vinification: This wine was obtained through several oenological techniques: skin maceration, malolactic fermentation and tanning. It aged for 9 months in barrels and rested for 1 year before being released onto the market.
