Infinitude Pinot Noir

The wine exhibits a brilliant clarity, with a mediumintensity cherry red color and moderate tear persistence. The nose is pronounced, featuring notes of cherry, sour cherry (ginja), and cedar. On the palate, it is dry, with a refreshing yet well-balanced acidity. It has a light alcohol content, a delicate body, and elegant, dry tannins. The retronasal perception aligns with the nose, enhanced by a pleasant sensation of freshness. The finish is of good intensity, pleasant, and well-balanced. This wine has an aging potential of approximately 10 years but is ready for immediate consumption. Regarding food pairings, it pairs particularly well with meats and stews featuring earthy and aromatic notes, such as mushrooms. Serve at 16ºC.
