Heritage Alicante Bouschet

This wine is a tribute to José Manuel de Mello, for his excellence as an entrepreneur and for his passion for wine, but also a tribute to the Alicante Bouschet variety, that became a symbol of the region. In 2020, this grape variety developed a unique balance, allowing to produce this special wine 100% Alicante Bouschet. Just over three hectares gave rise to 4,700 bottles, in an exclusive and special production, thanks to precision viticulture. This wine aged for 28 months in French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle, which will allow a positive evolution over the next 20 years.
