Herédias Super Reserva Brut Sparkling Wine Vinification: Grapes from a single plot of approximately 30 years old. Manual harvest. Total destemming. Decantation at low temperature for 24 hours. The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with battonage for 4 months, followed by a second fermentation according to the traditional method, in the bottle, in a cool cellar for 36 months.
