Envelope White

Made with grapes harvested from old vineyards on the Ribeiro Santo property and another plot in São João de Lourosa, where the Dão river flows, giving the name to the origin of this blend, made from the Encruzado grape variety. The must was fermented on lees, then in 300L barrels and aged there, with battonage, for 6 months. After bottling, the wine was kept in the cellar for a further 6 months. Clear, citrus colour. Delicate aroma with notes of white fruit, aromatic herbs and a mineral profile. On the palate, it shows complexity and freshness, with a refreshing minerality and citrus acidity. Contains sulphites.
