Bright gold colour.

Fruity and fresh aroma, with hints of pine, figs, prunes, walnuts and caramel. The caramelized flavors soften the entire palate and the crunchy acidity swings in a slightly spicy, fresh and delish finish.

Excellent as a digestif, Christmas pudding, foie-gras, chocolate and cheese.

SERVING & CELLARAGE

Service temperature recommended between 13/14ºC. It will last and maintain in good condition several months once opened.
