TASTING NOTES

Golden colour.

Quite fresh with notes of macerated fruit, raisins, nuts, and orange blossom.

Citrusy palate, soft with rounded edges, flavours of caramel and honey.

Good acidity in a balanced finish with persistent honeyed notes.

Excellent as a digestif.

Pairs well with nuts and cheese.

SERVING & CELLARAGE

Recommended service temperature between 14/16ºC. It will last and maintain in good condition several months once opened.
