The wine undergoes a maceration process of 10 to 14 days, allowing the flavors to intensify and the tannins to soften. It is then aged in French oak barrels for 18 months, imparting a complexity and depth of flavor that is truly remarkable.

The vines, a venerable 30 years old, yield a wine of a deep, dark red hue. The aroma is intoxicating, filled with the scent of wild fruits.
