Azul de Ventozelo Rosé

At Quinta de Ventozelo, there is one detail that stands out – a mark of humankind’s impact on the landscape. It is the bright colour of the doors of the warehouses on the estate, built in 1840. The freshness and purity of this colour were the inspiration behind one of our wines: Azul de Ventozelo Rosé. Made from a blend of traditional regional red grape varieties, it is an introduction to the pure vision of the estate’s terroir and the style that defines Ventozelo’s range of wines.

Tasting Notes

Pale salmon in colour, it has a floral aroma (white flowers) with light citrus notes. In the mouth, it is highly mineral with crisp acidity and a persistent and balanced finish.

How best to enjoy

This is a versatile wine that can be served as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to light dishes of fish, white meat or salads. Ideally served at a temperature of 12ºC.
