As Olgas Red

Plowed by horse. Hand-picked into 18kg boxes. Partial destemming combined with whole bunches, maceration for 40 days. Aged for 18 months in neutral French oak barrels. Light ruby-violet color, open, with notes of red fruit and balsamic aromas. Full-bodied, textured, and very deep on the palate. The tannins are firm and persistent.
