TASTING NOTES

Citrus Color.

Fresh nose with hints of white flowers, peach, and oxidative notes (terracotta, ceramic). It presents itself slightly dry on the palate with

assertive acidity. Citrus flavor, some clay in a persistent, mineral, elegant inish, and beautiful freshness with a salty touch.

Excellent with seafood dishes (mussels, limpets), and slightly salty cheeses.

Recommended temperature 11/13ºC.
